G & P Recruitment stands for Guy and Paul Recruitment
G & P Recruitment was formulated over a discussion in Bangkok about the need for a truly trusted boutique recruitment company in Asia and Worldwide. We realised there was a gap in the market and that by using our combined knowledge and industry contacts, we could help companies find the best possible people. Most of the time “superstar” candidates are not found on job boards and needed to be approached confidentially.
Guy graduated in the year 2000 with a degree in Marketing, not knowing really what to do. Ultimately wanderlust got the the better of him and he ended up working in Bangkok, Thailand. Working for a leading destination management company. Since then he has run a travel company in Yangon, Myanmar and held a director’s role in Malaysia. During his time in Asia, Guy quickly realised the need for a niche recruitment company. That in fact concentrated on what the client requires. Through his worldwide travels Guy has built up a unique network of contacts. This helps in discovering untapped talent no-one else can find.
Paul started out as an IT recruitment professional in London, specialising in Fintech industries. A chance meeting in Koh Samui, Thailand changed his life. He was offered a sales director role at a start-up media company in Bangkok and helped to build this fledgling business into one of the world’s leading online publishing houses in Asia. His extensive PR and Marketing contacts help to give G and P Recruitment a voice in the marketplace.
