Account Manager Member Relations – Asia

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Strong industry experience and understanding of the market

Responsibilities:-

  1. Providing input into the regional business plan and budget.
  2. Supports delivery and execution of the business plan.
  3. Ensuring compliance with the companies  “playbook”.
  4. Delivery of the key performance metrics as outlined in the Business Plan.
  5. Accountability for the member account plans (maps), aligning member’s growth & profitability plans with sales, professional development and marketing programs.
  6. Maintenance and execution of the company CRM platform.
  7. Input into the Owner/Manager Regional Communication and Professional Development programs under the direction of the market Account Director.
  8. Proactive interdepartmental engagement.
  9. Engagement in regional market events and Global events.
  10. Provide support to Account Director in identifying and developing new business opportunities and monitoring of competitive context.
  11. Execute new member onboarding as directed by regional Account Director.
  12. High profile attendance in member conferences, meetings and education programs.
  13. Competitor analysis and reporting.
  14. Management of critical member matters.
  15. Oversight of production reporting.
  16. Other duties as required.

Travel Requirements.

  • 35%+ of time for this role will be spent travelling, visiting members, attending events, member conferences, and team meetings.
  • Travel will be primarily domestic but could include some international.

Type/Nature of Contacts:

  • Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with the Member Relations team, Partner Relations, Marketing & Product Management, and the Regional General Manager.
  • External: Majority of time spent in market with Owners & Managers.
