Account Manager Partner Relations – Asia

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years successful account management experience (cruise industry is preferred)
  • Luxury travel industry experience and strong understanding of the market in Cruise or DMC

Responsibilities:-

  1. Providing input into the regional business plan and budget.
  2. Supports delivery and execution of the business plan.
  3. Delivery of Preferred Partner revenue as set in annual Asia budget plan.
  4. Identifying and creating contract addendums applicable to Asia region or individual countries
  5. Identification and contracting of a varied Regional Partnership programme to fulfil product gaps across the Asia market.
  6. Delivery of Sponsorship and marketing revenue through supporting Marketing/Partnership team and annual partner plans.
  7. Conduct monthly Partnership meetings.
  8. Identify and deliver PD opportunities to improve partner production.
  9. Ensuring compliance with the company “playbook”.
  10. Delivery of the key performance metrics as outlined in the Business Plan.
  11. Governance of the partner account plans.
  12. Maintenance and execution of the company CRM platform.
  13. Involvement in market Communication and Professional Development programs.
  14. Proactive interdepartmental engagement.
  15. Engagement of partners in market events.
  16. Provide insight in identifying and developing new business opportunities and monitoring of competitive context.
  17. High profile attendance in member conferences, meetings, and education programs.
  18. Competitor analysis and reporting.
  19. Management of critical member matters.
  20. Oversight of production reporting.
  21. Other duties as required.

Travel Requirements:-

  • 35%+ time spent traveling, vising members, attending events, member conferences and team meetings.
  • Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international

Type/Nature of Contacts:

  • Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with the Account team, Marketing & Product Management, and the Regional General Manager
  • External: Majority of time spent in the market with Partners.

Salary:- In line with industry standards.
