Community Manager

Industry:- IT (Blockchain/Crypto)

Location: Remote (Europe)

You Must Have:

  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role with a blockchain focus.
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives. Building a strategy with community partners of where they want to be in one year from now.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management is a big plus.
  • BSC in Marketing or similar field.
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing.
  • The ability to interpret website traffic a big plus.

Responsibilities:-

  • Act as a lead voice to the community.
  • Lead a team of moderators on discord and telegram.
  • Be on top of what is happening on a daily basis, especially in Discord and Telegram channels.
  • Interact with community members on a daily basis, key understanding of pains and gains.
  • Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies focused on building a community.
  • Identifying goals and objectives to attract the right crowd.
  • Help publishing weekly articles on Medium.
  • Monitor, track and feedback on reviews.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media (Telegram, discord, twitter etc).
  • Build great relationships with our community and identify KOLs, industry professionals and key journalists.
