You Must Have:

Track record of success
With experience and knowledge in European markets, China and Russia
Previous experience in Thailand
Experience in groups and wholesalers (TA/TO) segments
Preferably based in Koh Samui
Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and project management skills
Experience with budgetary processes; cost control/revenue maximization
Show project enthusiasm, energy and involvement in my communication with guests, business partners, leaders, colleagues and associates
Minimum of 5 to 7 years working experience in the hospitality Industry, specifically in the sales – must have team management and Profit & Loss responsibilities

Salary:-

Monthly Net Salary: starting at 130,000 THB per Month *can be negotiated basing on experience, but in line with current market for a small boutique hotel
Housing Allocation: 15,000 THB per Month *if based in BKK because we don’t have an office. In the eventuality we get an office this benefit will be removed but it’s not planned in 2024 budget
Transportation Allocation: 5,000 THB per Month *if based in BKK
Food Allocation: 3,000 THB per Month *if based in BKK
Monthly Service Charge bases on Resort performance
Public Holiday as per Thai Labor Law 16days
Vacation Leaves of 6days after 1year completed, 8days after 2 year and 10days after 3 years
