You will be in charge of the following:-
Recruitment
- Develop recruitment process and SOP
- Develop interviews/selection process and SOP
- Actively develop networks to be able to identify and recruit best staff
Training
- Develop introduction training for new staff
- Develop together with HOD, beginner training for staff in each department
- Develop together with HOD and management advanced training to support career progression
- Train staff to communicate effectively in English
- Develop activities and training to support team spirit and
Carrer progression and development
- Develop tools to evaluate staff performance
- Develop career progression plan for staff
- Develop anti harassment/ discrimination regulations.
